Risk disclosure
BullSyte provides research tools, forecasts, simulations, and educational information. It does not provide personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. Markets involve risk, including loss of principal, and model outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.
Data and forecasts
Prices, news, indicators, recommendations, targets, confidence labels, and accuracy metrics may come from third-party sources or statistical models. Verify material information independently before making a financial decision.
Paper and live trading
Paper Trading is a simulation. Portfolio is a journal. Neither submits brokerage orders. A connected broker order is a separate action and may execute differently from a displayed quote. Review symbol, side, quantity, type, price, and environment before confirmation.
Privacy and security
BullSyte stores account, preference, usage, and operational information needed to provide the service. Do not submit passwords, API keys, or brokerage credentials through feedback or free-text fields. Provider keys are treated as write-only secrets where supported.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, evade access controls, scrape restricted data, impersonate another user, or use BullSyte in violation of market, privacy, intellectual-property, or other applicable laws.
Account and billing
Feature access depends on the effective account tier and administrative policy. Paid billing, renewals, cancellation, taxes, and refunds are governed by the checkout terms presented for the configured billing provider.
